Into Tuscany LLC was born from Giuditta and Chris’s shared passion for connecting people all over the world with beautiful Tuscan experiences.
We partner with wonderful local guides, farmers, and crafters, each with a passion for sharing their story with our guests. Our guests return home with lifelong memories of magical experiences in the Tuscan countryside.
Giuditta Pileri, your passionate guide to Tuscany
Hi! I’m the co-founder and experience maker at Into Tuscany, LLC. I was born in the hills south of Florence, Italy, and spent the first 20 years of my life surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
My childhood unfolded to the rhythm of the seasons, nurtured by Tuscan food and conviviality.
From a young age, I was drawn to experience other cultures and places. I finished my MA in Linguistics, and became a professor of Italian in Grenoble, France, before moving to Oregon with my husband in 2016.
My dream for Into Tuscany, is to help people all over the world experience the beauty of the landscapes of my childhood, and of my native Tuscan culture.
Chris Tennant, the big picture guy
Hi! I grew up in Vancouver, Canada, inspired by mountains and forests, but have lived most of my life in the US. I have a Ph.D. in social anthropology and speak several languages badly.
All my life, I’ve been passionate about helping local people to connect on their own terms with global markets.
What I love about our project with Into Tuscany, is partnering with local makers to create beautiful experiences to delight our guests. And to give them the space to relax and recharge!
